How to: resolve your account profile related issues.

If you can't log into your SendSprint profile, you should try the following steps:

  1. Check if you inputted the correct email address for your SendSprint account and try again.

  2. Check if you inputted the correct password for your SendSprint account and try again.

  3. Check if you misspelt or mistyped your email address or password and, try again. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

  4. Check if the Caps Lock on your keyboard is on. If it is, turn it off and try again.

  5. Have you just changed your account password? It will take a while for the new password to become effective. In this case, try again in 1-2 minutes.

Q: I can't remember my password, what do I do?

A: To retrieve your password, do the following:

  1. Search for " www.sendsprint.com ".

  2. Click on Login

  3. Click on Reset it

  4. Type in your email address. The email address used to create your SendSprint Profile.

  5. Check your email box for a password reset email from SendSprint.

  6. Click on Reset or copy and paste the link (in the email) into your web browser.

  7. Enter a new password and select Confirm.

  8. Select Login after a successful password change.
