A: You can buy online gift cards for groceries, clothes, and gifts for special/landmark events (e.g. birthdays, promotions, retirement, anniversaries etc.) from your favourite stores in your home country.
Q: How does Connect work?
A: You simply buy e-gift cards from any of the enlisted stores on the SendSprint website and send them to your people back home (in Africa).
Q: What countries can I shop from?
A: You can currently shop from two (2) countries, Nigeria and Kenya.

Q: Where can I use my gift cards?
A: You can use your gift cards at the enlisted stores on the SendSprint website.
Q: Can my gift cards expire?
A: Yes, they do. They may have different expiry periods. This is outlined in the Terms and Conditions of each gift card.

Q: I purchased the wrong gift card on Connect, what can I do?

Q: I made a mistake, can I cancel my SendSprint Connect gift card order?
A: You can't cancel your order once your purchase is completed.
Q: I put the wrong amount on my gift card order. What can I do?

Q: Can I return my gift card(s)?

Q: Which methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
However, payments from customers via Apple Pay are only supported on Safari browsers in line with Apple's product specifications. Non-Safari users will be unable to view the "Pay with Apple Pay" payment option at checkout.
Q: Can I use another gift card to buy an e-gift card on Connect?
A: I'm sorry, you cannot use a gift card to purchase an e-gift card on Send Sprint Connect.

A: All purchases on SendSprint are processed instantly. We guarantee to execute all orders in 24 hours or less.

A: Yes, you can. And it's pretty easy.

A: Yes you can. So far the cards aren't expired or exhausted and are used at the listed store of the gift card purchase.
