***Note: Due to the CBN's regulation in December 2020, all foreign remittance transfers into Nigeria must be in USD. This means that sending money into Nigeria, regardless of your source currency will be delivered in USD/$/Dollars. (If you send GBP or CAD, the recipient will receive the equivalent in USD)***

Step 2a: To receive money in your Domiciliary USD Bank Account, your sender should select that option, and you will receive your money directly into your domiciliary USD bank account.

You will be notified by us (via email) and your bank when you are credited.

Step 2b: To receive money through Cash Pickup, your sender should select that option, choosing from the list of banks most convenient for you to receive money.

Step 2b (I): When your sender has completed the transfer, check your email box for an email from us giving you all the information you need to present at the bank to collect your money.

Step 2b (ii): Visit the selected bank (with your valid ID) and meet with the cashier to process your collection.
- Tell the cashier you want to receive money from Flutterwave,

- Give the cashier the transaction reference with your ID card.

Step 2b (iii): Fill out the form given to you by the cashier, and do your biometrics fingerprint to confirm your BVN after the cashier has confirmed your transfer.

Step 2b (iv): Collect your money after completing the process.

Step 2c: Receiving money through the Instant USD Domiciliary Bank Account option means you do not have a USD Domiciliary Bank Account, and you want one to be able to receive money and do other transactions continually.
To receive money through this option, you must first have a valid Nigerian bank account with any of the banks offering this service because your bank needs your previous personal data to create your new USD DOM account. (Please check the website to see if your bank is among the listed options).

Give your Nigerian bank account details to your sender for the transfer.

You will receive your money directly into your newly created domiciliary USD bank account and receive a notification from us (via email) and your bank when you are credited.

Step 2c (I): Visit your bank with your valid ID card to access/receive your money and complete your new DOM account setup.
